Seriously, when you don’t have to open an oven, bake, or boil, it feels like a win for all humanity. This twist on a traditional pie, includes chickpeas which adds a better texture when paired with pumpkin. The crust includes no oil, no rolling, no eggs, just whole foods!

I get it, How can it be “stuffing if theres no stuffing?” And to that I have to really question whether taking that portion of the process out affects he outcome of “Amazing taste and flavor.” Traditionally speaking, we need to change at some point and think differently even if we want to still call stuffing, “stuffing” when theres no actual stuffing bread into a dead body.

So, think differently, I mean, how many years do you want to do the same thing every year? Even if you hold pride to the weird act of making stuffing, why not try something, just one year out of the many, differently.
I would also advise you to literally double, or triple this recipe because you’re going to regret not doing it when its gone! This recipe has stood the test of time, many mouths, and lots of feedback-your going to like the way it tastes!

Whoever said you need butter to make a biscuit, has never actually lived! Every time they come out Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Its almost like your a professional baker. You’ll be craving these the minute their gone so make sure you yell pass the biscuits first at the table and take definitely take two or three for yourself!
Although they take some work, they complete the meal. I also like to use them to make sandwiches, for veggie soups, and they go great with a breakfast tofu scramble! -Especially if you like your scramble on the spicier side!
