Try this Orange Sauce on Salads and Steamed Veggies
STEAMED GREEN BEANS & CARROTS WITH ORANGE SAUCE
Servings: 4 People
- 4 Carrots peeled
- 3 Cups Green Beans cleaned
- 2 tbspn Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
- Steam the vegetables for 5 minutes
- Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Transfer the cooked vegetables to a medium bowl, add the sauce, toss to coat.
