Ingredients

Cashew Icing

  • 2 Cups Pitted Dates
  • 3 tbsp Cashews Unsalted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 juice Lemon

Fudgy Frosting

  • 2 cups Dates
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cup Non-Dairy Milk Warm

Instructions

Cashew Icing

  • Place the dates, cashews, and lemon juice in a bowl with ΒΌ cup water, and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes (so that the dates and nuts can soften).
    Then blend until very smooth, and frost just before serving.

Fudgy Frosting

  • Place everything in a bowl and soak for 15 minutes
    Then blend until very smooth. Add More water or non-dairy milk as needed but not too much or you will get a wet mixture. 
    (if you do add too much, just add more ingredients
    Cool the frosting in the refrigerator or freezer and it will thicken.
