Ingredients

  • 2-3 Cups Brussel Sprouts Stemmed & Chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees Ferenheit
    ​Line a Baking Dish or Cast Iron Skillet with Parchment paper
  • Toss all the ingredients in a large bowl and spread evenly on your parchment paper.
  • For softer Sprouts: Cover with Aluminum Foil and bake 20 Min
    For Firmer Sprouts: Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes
