- 2 Large Acorn Squash
- 4-8 tbsp Date Suge or Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon To Taste
- Cut the Acorn Squash in to two halves. Clean the seeds outPRO TIP: Squash Seeds are super health to eat!
- Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes cut side downFlip over Squat cut side up, sprinkle with cinnamon, and continue to bake until soft ~20 min
- Remove the squash once tender and peel off the shell.
- Place in a bowl and mash, adding the Brown Sugar to taste
