  • 2 Large Acorn Squash
  • 4-8 tbsp Date Suge or Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon To Taste


  • Cut the Acorn Squash in to two halves. Clean the seeds out
    PRO TIP: Squash Seeds are super health to eat!
  • Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes cut side down
    Flip over Squat cut side up, sprinkle with cinnamon, and continue to bake until soft ~20 min
  • Remove the squash once tender and peel off the shell.
  • Place in a bowl and mash, adding the Brown Sugar to taste
